Overview
Outline
Humans have this inherent desire for real love from those around us. Not a robotic spouse, puppy, or child.
It isn’t that far off to a point where we could have these things in a mechanical form in our lives and we might also have an app that controls it. Every one of us knows the love we would feel from such a thing is but a shell of what true love is.
As John Lenox has once said: It can be argued that a world with love can only exist when hate is an option.
It is in this way that we can presume that God did not create us to robotically accept or decline him. God created us in his image with the ability to love, hate, create and destroy. This is our greatest gift and also our greatest challenge.
He wants humanity to have relationships, laugh and play. Not laugh at humanity as they act out a play.
It is only in world where hate is an option that give humanity a Love worth having.
